The platform
Connect the evidence for your next access discussion.
Prepare for a payer meeting, investigate an evidence gap or examine launch assumptions with capabilities that share the same medicine context.
Synapptiq connects published regulatory, HTA, clinical, economic and NHS evidence. Each capability answers a different question, and analysis or scenario estimates are never presented as established findings.
The architecture: connected around the medicine
An agreed medicine reference links names, presentations and codes across the evidence each capability uses.
- Regulatory history provides the licensing context for the medicine and indication.
- HTA precedent keeps agency recommendations, assessed populations, comparators, conditions and uncertainties together.
- Clinical and safety evidence connects published findings to their studied populations and endpoints.
- Economic evidence keeps the assessed economic case and model methods.
- Published NHS activity adds reporting periods, geography and source-specific use and cost measures.
- Recorded precedent and stated assumptions support scenario estimates without changing the status of the published evidence.
- Evidence checks support review of source, scope and discrepancies.
- Shared medicine references keep the medicine context connected across capabilities.

What should we examine before the next payer discussion?
Prepare an access discussion by reviewing the medicine's connected evidence and unresolved questions.
- Evidence used
- Regulatory history, HTA position, clinical and safety evidence, and economics
- What you receive
- A connected review of one medicine
From evidence review to executive discussion
Start in Medicine Workspace to review a medicine's regulatory history, HTA position, clinical and safety evidence, and economics.
Use HTA Library to compare how agencies assessed the population, comparator, clinical benefit and economic case. Use Evidence Finder to locate supporting evidence by medicine, trial name, registration identifier or appraisal reference.
Executive Briefs brings the selected findings into a structured, source-linked report for colleagues in the decision room. Reports are available in PDF, Word and HTML, with optional customer branding.
Where, how much and when
NHS Analytics supports account planning, access discussions and generic-entry assessment with published community prescribing and hospital medicines activity and cost, from national to local organisations.
NHS Intelligence adds the time dimension: examine published NHS activity with positive decisions from the relevant UK HTA body marked on the timeline. Choose the nation, source, organisation level, presentation, measure and period, then export the view. Markers are historical context, not evidence that an HTA decision caused a change.
Community and hospital measures remain separate. Indicative hospital cost excludes confidential discounts and rebates and is not actual net expenditure. Drug Tariff values are reimbursement reference prices. Nation-specific measures are not interchangeable.
Test assumptions without changing the evidence
Regulatory Predictor estimates EMA or MHRA timing windows from product characteristics and recorded regulatory precedent. It does not estimate whether approval will be granted.
Reimbursement Predictor estimates submission, authorisation, HTA and first-NHS-use milestones from a reference medicine and scenario assumptions. Licensing, agency recommendation, commissioning and recorded NHS use remain distinct; it does not estimate the HTA verdict.
Launch Simulator compares conservative, central and optimistic uptake and budget scenarios using reimbursement timing and recorded uptake patterns. Evidence-supported years remain distinct from projected assumptions, and NHS cost is not supplier income.
These are scenario estimates, not established findings or forecasts.
Keep the basis of the discussion visible
Sources, populations, periods and material limitations support scrutiny of every finding, and scenario assumptions remain explicit.
