Scope and agreements

By using this website you agree to these terms. A demonstration enquiry is not an order or a contract for paid services. Any subscription, licence, price, payment terms or service commitment must be agreed separately in writing. These website terms do not replace an existing signed customer agreement.

Pulsar's retail conditions relating to physical goods, delivery, title, returns and manufacturing warranties are not conditions of using this website.

Information, not advice

The content illustrates pharmaceutical evidence workflows. Historical examples, including alirocumab and NICE TA393, are not current medical, regulatory, pricing or reimbursement advice. Check the original sources and obtain appropriate professional advice before making decisions. Scenario estimates are not predictions of future outcomes.

Evidence and limitations

Public evidence records carry sources, dates, limitations and review deadlines. Evidence records past their review deadline are withdrawn until reviewed again. Different populations, comparators and analyses must not be merged into a headline economic result. Reimbursement reference prices are not confidential NHS net prices. Missing or unvalidated information is held rather than estimated.

We may amend, correct or remove website material. Content and availability are provided without a promise that they will be uninterrupted or suitable for every purpose.

You may read this website and link to its public pages for lawful purposes. The Company's original content, branding and film are protected by intellectual property rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this public website, or decisions made in reliance on its illustrative content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Statutory rights are unaffected. Separate signed customer agreements govern paid-service liability.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for interruption or delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. This does not grant a right to vary a separate customer contract contrary to its terms.

Contact us in writing at help@pulsardevelopments.com or at our address above. We may update these website terms; changes apply to subsequent use and do not retrospectively change a signed customer agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by English law. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
