Cookie and browser storage notice
Last updated 27 October 2026. Draft awaiting legal review.
This notice covers browser storage on the public Synapptiq website, operated by Pulsar Developments Limited. The private application and Pulsar retail website may use different technologies and have separate notices.
Opening film preferences
The site keeps three small settings in your browser. One notes that the opening film has been shown this session, so later pages open normally. One remembers whether you muted the film's music; it lasts only for this browser session, so the music is on again at your next visit. One remembers that you have seen the film. They are stored on your device and are not sent to us by the film. The session settings end when you close the browser; the last remains until you clear this site's browser data.
You can mute or replay the film using its controls. Clearing site data removes these settings.
Interaction events
The site records events such as a feature view, screenshot opening or form submission in the current page's browser memory. These events do not contain names, email addresses, messages or other form contents. No advertising or analytics service is currently connected to these events, and they disappear when the page session is discarded.
Hosting and third-party resources
Hosting services process requests and may use operational technologies for delivery and security. The website also loads fonts and media resources, whose providers receive the technical information necessary to deliver them. The retail site's cart, sign-in, Google Ads and order-measurement settings have not been carried over to this public website.
If non-essential tracking is introduced, this notice and the relevant choice controls must be updated before it is enabled.
