Pulsar Developments Limited ("Pulsar", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal information collected through the Synapptiq public website. This notice adapts Pulsar's privacy policy to this website and its demonstration enquiries. The private Synapptiq application is separate; customer-account processing is covered by the applicable customer arrangements.

Purposes and lawful bases
We use enquiry information to reply, prepare a relevant demonstration and manage the resulting correspondence. We rely on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering a contract. We use necessary technical information to operate and protect the website on the basis of legitimate interests. We may process information to comply with legal obligations.
The form acknowledgement permits us to contact you about your request; it does not subscribe you to marketing. If consent is requested for a separate activity, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
Sharing information
Cloud hosting, storage and communication providers may process information on our behalf to operate the website and handle enquiries. We may disclose information to authorities where required by law or to professional advisers where necessary. We do not sell your personal information or share enquiry details for third-party marketing.
International transfers
Pulsar's policy requires appropriate safeguards for transfers outside the UK, such as adequacy decisions or applicable contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Retention
Pulsar's enquiry policy is to retain enquiry correspondence for up to three years, unless a continuing relationship or legal requirement justifies longer retention. We review stored enquiry records and remove information no longer needed. This policy does not imply that deletion is automated.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. Contact help@pulsardevelopments.com to exercise your rights. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not currently connect its interaction events to an advertising or analytics service. Events such as opening a screenshot or submitting a form are held in the current page's browser memory without form contents. Hosting services may separately maintain operational logs. The retail website's cart, checkout and Google Ads measurement do not apply here.
Changes and contact
We may update this notice when our practices change. Write to Pulsar Developments Limited at the address above or email help@pulsardevelopments.com.
